What should I do if my university’s profile already exists in the catalog?

To confirm your position as an admission representative, we recommend you access the university's profile using "How to get access to the Admin Panel of your university" instructions. After your email address has been verified, our security team will grant you access to your university or college profile.

Once you have access to the university's page, you will be able to update the existing information. You will become the sole moderator of the university's profile and be granted access to the Admin Panel and live chat with students interested in applying to your university.
