About the university
INTTIC, formerly the Institute of Telecommunications of Oran (ITO), is a superior institution under the dual supervision of the Ministry of Post and Information and Communication Technologies (MPTIC) and the Ministry of Higher Education and Of Scientific Research (MESRS). In addition to the training of state engineers in Telecommunications and Information and Communication Technologies, INTTIC provides additional training for the benefit of the user sector.
