About the university
Established in 1970 by Ordinance No. 70-85 of 01 December 1970 under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the result of a collaboration between Algeria and UNESCO, ENSEP (Ecole Normale Supérieure d'Enseignement Polytechnique) in Oran has the vocation of training the qualified teachers of Technical Secondary Education.
