About the university
The Preparatory School for Science and Technology of Oran was created by Executive Decree No. 256-09 of 10 August 2009 (as well as four other establishments based respectively in Algiers, Annaba and Tlemcen). Its opening corresponds to the new vision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the field of elite training. EPST d'Oran aims to take charge, train and supervise the best graduates from the academic year 2010/2011. In two years, a high level and quality scientific training is provided to them in order to prepare the entrance examination to the Grandes Ecoles de Technologie. Access to the school is national.
