About the university
The National School of Management and Health Administration of El-Marsa (ENMAS) is a public institution of an administrative character, endowed with legal personality and financial autonomy. Established by Executive Decree No. 89-11 of 07 February 1989, amended and supplemented by Executive Decree No. 04-73 of 4 March 2004, the National School of Public Health is renamed the National School of Public Health Management and Administration of Health, abbreviated "ENMAS" by Executive Decree No. 09-162 of 2 May 2009, it is placed under the supervision of the Ministry of Health.
