About the university
El Instituto Universitario ESEADE (Escuela Superior de Economía y Administración de Empresas) es una organización sin fines de lucro, fundada en 1978, por iniciativa de Alberto Benegas Lynch (h) y apoyado por un grupo de empresarios. Cuenta con la autorización provisoria, según decreto No. 238/99 del Poder Ejecutivo Nacional ESEADE fue la primera Escuela de Negocios en ofrecer un programa MBA en Argentina.1 ESEADE se ha caracterizado por su multidisciplinar departamento de investigaciones, por el que han pasado intelectuales como Ezequiel Gallo, Alberto Benegas Lynch (h), Juan Carlos Cachanosky, Gabriel J. Zanotti, Martín Krause, Ricardo M. Rojas, Ivo Sarjanovic, Cecilia Gianella Vázquez Ger, Eliana Santanatoglia, Constanza Mazzina, Ricardo López Gottig, Eduardo Stordeur, Adrián Ravier, Juan Francisco Ramos Mejía, entre otros. Sus contribuciones se han publicado en varios de los 45 ejemplares de la revista académica LIBERTAS, cuyo nombre luego cambió hacia RIIM (Revista de Instituciones, Ideas y Mercados).2 ESEADE ofrece en la actualidad programas de grado, maestrías y doctorado, y cuenta con la autorización provisoria, según decreto No. 238/99 del Poder Ejecutivo Nacional. ESEADE recibe una considerable impronta de la filosofía política y económica del Liberalismo de la escuela Austriaca.
