About the university
AMA International University (AMAIU) is a Bahrain branch of the Philippine-based AMA Computer University; Like its main branch, it follows a trimestral calendar where a typical four year collegiate education program under a semestral calendar is completed in 3 years and 3 months. AMA International University was opened in September 2002 after the AMA Education system brokered a partnership with the government of Bahrain to establish the AMA International University in Manama.
