The Federal University of Roraima (UFRR) is a federal higher education institution in the Brazilian state of Roraima. Its statute defines it as a "public foundation, endowed with legal personality of private law", having as attributions the promotion of undergraduate, postgraduate (at several levels), research, extension, basic education and vocational education. Contribute to the development of the State of Roraima through Teaching, Research and Extension, raising the quality of life in the region, suggesting solutions to the Amazon challenges and stimulating knowledge and interaction among the many living populations in this border area.
