Established in 1962, Technical University - Varna is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the medium-sized city of Varna (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants). Officially accredited/recognized by the National Evaluation and Accreditation Agency, Bulgaria, Technical University - Varna (TU-Varna) is a coeducational higher education institution. Technical University - Varna (TU-Varna) offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as pre-bachelor degrees (i.e. certificates, diplomas, associate or foundation degrees), bachelor degrees, doctorate degrees in several areas of study. This 55 years old H.E. institution has a selective admission policy based on entrance examinations. TU-Varna also provides several academic and non-academic facilities and services to students including a library, sport facilities and/or activities, study abroad and exchange programs, as well as administrative services.
