University of Quebec in Outaouais

Founded in 1981, Université du Québec en Outaouais (University of Québec in Outaouais) is a non-profit public higher education institution located in the the urban setting of the small city of Gatineau (population range of 250,000-499,999 inhabitants), Quebec.
