About the university
The Cégep de Sept-Îles is a CÉGEP in the Côte-Nord region located in Sept-Îles . It also has a Collegial Center for Technology Transfer recognized by the Ministry of Education, Recreation and Sports in 2008 , the Technological Institute of Industrial Maintenance (ITMI), which provides research and development , technical support and And training for companies. The Cégep de Sept-Îles was formerly part of the Cégep Régional de la Côte-Nord . In March 1980, in order to better serve the region, two autonomous CEGEPs succeeded the Cégep régional, namely the Cégep de Hauterive and the Cégep de Sept-Îles.
