About the university
Collège André-Grasset was founded in 1927 by the Society of the Priests of Saint-Sulpice of Montreal at the request of the Archbishop of Montreal. Among the classical colleges of the time, it was the first institution to receive only external students. It thus innovated by abandoning the traditional formula of the residential school and by paying more attention to quality teaching in the field of science.
