L'École nationale d'administration publique (ENAP) est un établissement universitaire, membre du réseau de l'Université du Québec fondée le 26 juin 1969. Son siège social est situé à Québec, mais elle possède des campus d'enseignement régionaux à Montréal, Trois-Rivières, Gatineau et Saguenay.
