About the university
Growing from just 238 full-time students to an average of 3,400, Confederation College has been proud to change lives through learning since 1967. Starting with our main campus in Thunder Bay, we’ve expanded to include eight regional campuses and have established multiple state-of-the art facilities. A leader in Indigenous education since our inception, Confederation is committed to supporting student success. Our program offerings have evolved with industry needs, resulting in niche natural resources, aviation and Indigenous programming. We believe in bringing education to our students so have had a deep focus on improving access through our unique integrated learning approach.
