About the university
The Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana is an institution of higher education in the State of Chile, accredited in 2016 for four years in the areas of Institutional Management, Undergraduate Teaching and Linkage to the Environment. Founded in 1993, UTEM is a member of the Council of Rectors of the Chilean Universities (CRUCH) and the Consortium of Universities of the State of Chile (CUECH), prestigious entities that group the public and traditional higher education houses of our country. The University offers a total of 29 undergraduate programs with PSU entrance in the areas of Administration and Economics, Design and Architecture, Construction, Science and Engineering, in day and evening modalities.
