About the university
Shenyang Construction University was the predecessor of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Northeast Ordnance Special School, founded in 1948, was the focus of the military institutions; March 1953 national institutions to adjust the Northeast Ordnance Academy revoked, the Department of civil engineering materials independent Northeast Construction Engineering School; 1958 upgraded to Shenyang Institute of Building Materials Industry; July 1977, set up the establishment of Liaoning Institute of Construction, the school resumed undergraduate school; in April 1979 by the State Council as a national key institutions of higher learning; Transferred to the Ministry of Construction, Renamed the Shenyang Institute of Architectural Engineering; in May 2004 changed its name to the Shenyang University of Architecture; 2010 launched the implementation of the Ministry of Housing and Urban and Rural Construction, Liaoning Province, built Shenyang University of Architecture; is recognized China's more influential Building civil society and the former Ministry of Construction key universities.
