About the university
The University of Nottingham Ningbo, China (UNNC) is a campus of the University of Nottingham, UK situated in the city of Ningbo in the coastal province of Zhejiang, just under two hours from Shanghai. The campus was opened by The University of Nottingham and Wanli Education Group. It was the first Sino-Foreign university in China with approval from the Chinese Ministry of Education. It also receives support from the Ningbo Educational Bureau. All courses are taught in English and students graduate with a University of Nottingham UK degree. Our academic community come from 45 countries across the world, while our student population represents 60 nations.
