About the university
Beijing Institute of Clothing in February 1959 school, formerly known as the Beijing Institute of Textile Technology, in July 1961 changed its name to the Beijing Institute of Chemical Fiber Technology, is the former Ministry of Textile Industry to build, to chemical fiber higher education-based key institutions. In February 1987, the expansion of the Beijing Institute of Clothing for the first garment colleges in China.
