About the university
In July 1988, by the Northeast Normal University, Jilin Province, the preparation of the Committee approved the establishment of the Jilin Provincial Foreign Language and Culture Exchange Center. The center founded all the initial funds from the people, is a private school institutions. Center managers and teachers are from the Northeast Normal University . To December 1991, the center has trained English, Russian specialist talent nearly 800; Japanese, Russian training training more than 660 people
