College originated in September 1946, "Jiangsu Province, Suzhou senior industrial vocational school", Suzhou is the earliest established engineering and technical schools. In 2003, approved by the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government, Suzhou Advanced Industrial School (including Suzhou City Electronic School), Suzhou Huqiu secondary professional schools, Suzhou City Machinery School merged into Suzhou Industrial Vocational and Technical College.
