About the university
Heilongjiang Foreign Language Institute (hereinafter referred to as "Dragon") is approved by the Ministry of Education set up full-time ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities. Heilongjiang Province is the only one foreign language undergraduate colleges. The school is located in the "North China Ice City" - Harbin, founded in 1993, in March 2003 changed its name to the Harbin Normal University Stellar College, belonging to the undergraduate independent college, in April 2011 transferred to ordinary undergraduate colleges, renamed the Heilongjiang foreign language College. The school covers an area of 534,800 square meters, the school building area of 233,100 square meters, the library collection of books 1.08 million, more than 7,000 copies of audio and video information.
