About the university
Hangzhou Vocational and Technical College (Hangzhou Radio and Television University), referred to as "Hangzhou Academy", is a by the Hangzhou Municipal People's Government, the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government approved the establishment of full-time ordinary vocational colleges.
