About the university
Xinyang College is located in Xinyang City, Henan Province; is the Ministry of Education approved the establishment of full-time private ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities. In 2014 the college became a member of the Applied Technology University (College) Union. The school formerly known as Xinyang Teachers College Huarui College, founded in 2003; 2016 by the Ministry of Education approved the transfer to full-time private ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities.
