About the university
College of Humanities and Sciences of Guizhou Minzu University, approved by the Ministry of Education of PRC, is an administratively independent full-time college of higher learning in new mechanism, jointly founded and run by Guizhou Minzu University and private capital. In 2010, the College was elected one of the “National Advanced Independent Colleges” all over the country. The college consists of 6 departments: Literature Department, Engeneering Department, Law Department, Management Department, Education and Art Department and Common Course Department, offers 29 undergraduate programs in seven disciplines: law, education, literature, science, engineering, management and art studies.
