About the university
Chongqing Institute of Humanities and Technology was established in May 2000. April 27, 2013, approved by the Ministry of Education turned to an independent set of ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities in Chongqing, becoming the first and only one approved by the transfer of private ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities. At the beginning of 2013, the school was identified as the National Applied Technology University of strategic research pilot colleges and universities, is actively creating the western leading, the country has a significant impact on the application of technical universities.
