About the university
Beijing Geely College (formerly Beijing Geely University ) is approved by the Ministry of Education of ordinary undergraduate colleges, founded by the Geely Group in 2000. The school is an excellent institution of higher education in China. May 4, 2014, the Ministry of Education approved the Beijing Geely University upgraded to undergraduate colleges and changed its name to Beijing Geely College. As of July 2017, the school covers an area of 1,300 acres and a construction area of 450,000 square meters. The school is equipped with the School of Automotive Engineering, Business School, School of Humanities and Design, European and American International College, Polytechnic Institute, College of Arts, Applied Arts and Sciences Media academy, and other eight secondary colleges; more than 800 faculty members, full-time students in more than 10,000 people.
