About the university
Nanchang Normal University (Nanchang Normal University) is located in Nanchang , Jiangxi Province , is approved by the Jiangxi Provincial People's Government , the Ministry of Education filing and the establishment of a comprehensive undergraduate level institutions of higher learning. The school was founded in 1952 in Jiangxi province secondary teacher training school, in 1956 converted into Nanchang Teachers College, in 1958 in Nanchang Teachers College based on the establishment of Jiangxi Education Institute, in 1969 and Jiangxi Normal University , Jiangxi University liberal arts merged into Jinggangshan University , in 1979 to restore Jiangxi Education Institute , in 2013 changed its name to Nanchang Teachers College.
