About the university
Shanghai Vocational College of Science and Technology (Shanghai Vocational College of Science and Technology), located in Shanghai Jiading City, the predecessor was founded in 1959 in Shanghai, the second science and technology schools. April 1968 to October 1978 has been renamed Shanghai Science and Technology School, Shanghai Electronics College, Shanghai Instrument Industry Bureau "seven one two" workers University, Shanghai Second Science and Technology School and Shanghai University of Science and Technology Division. December 1981 restructuring for the three-year college, renamed the Shanghai Science and Technology College. In 1993 February changed its name to Shanghai Science and Technology College . In May 1994, he became the Jiading East Campus of Shanghai University . In April 2001, the Shanghai Municipal People's Government, Shanghai University Jiading East Campus converted into full-time vocational colleges - Shanghai Vocational College of Science and Technology.
