Zhejiang Changzheng Vocational and Technical College was established in 2004, is a by the Civilization Zhejiang Provincial Committee and Jiahong Holding Group Co., Ltd. jointly organized by the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government approved the Ministry of Education for the record of the full-time ordinary higher vocational and technical college.
