About the university
Ningbo City Vocational and Technical College in March 2003 by the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government approved the establishment of full-time public vocational colleges. The predecessor of the school - Ningbo University Vocational and Technical Education College, founded in 1992, is the earliest in Zhejiang Province to carry out full-time higher vocational and technical education institutions, was the former Zhejiang Provincial Education Commission identified as the provincial vocational and technical education teacher training base. In 2001, "tourism management and service" professional by the Ministry of Education identified as vocational education reform pilot professional. The school has two campuses, the campus is located in Ningbo Yinzhou Higher Education Park, Xikou campus is located in Ningbo Fenghua District. The school has 513 faculty members, 8346 full-time college students, 858 undergraduates. The school is divided into 10 secondary colleges and basic courses, such as business, information, art, tourism, foreign language, landscape ecological environment, accounting finance, international exchange, innovation, e-commerce college, adult education college, Hired well-known professors at home and abroad as part of the two college dean.
