About the university
Qinzhou College (Qinzhou University) is located in Guangxi Qinzhou City , it is a public full-time undergraduate institutions approved the establishment of the Ministry of Education. Guangxi is the only one obtained the national senior sea crew training training qualifications and national level fishing crew training qualifications of the university. Qinzhou College was founded in 1973 as a teacher school in Qinzhou area. In 1982 changed its name to Qinzhou area teacher training college, in 1991 changed to Qinzhou Teachers College, in 2006 upgraded to Qinzhou College. May 2011, approved by the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, agreed to build on the basis of Qinzhou University, North Bay University . In 2013, became the first batch of the Ministry of Education of Applied University Union University. As of March 2016, the school campus covers an area of 2070 acres, there are 1020 faculty members, including 730 full-time teachers, senior staff of 245 people; full-time students in about 13,000 people, there are all kinds of adult correspondence granted 0.5 million people. There are 15 faculties, 2 educational colleges, 43 undergraduate majors and professional direction, 19 specialist specialties
