About the university
Wuchang Institute of Technology is approved by the Ministry of Education to set up full-time private ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities. In July 2002, the Ministry of Education of Wuhan Institute of Technology formally approved the Wuhan Institute of Technology to introduce social forces co-founder of Wuhan Institute of Technology Business School ; February 2004, the Ministry of Education confirmed that the Wuhan Institute of Technology Business School officially became a provincial independent college ; March 2012 , Wuhan Institute of Technology Business School turned to Wuchang Institute of Technology. According to the school website in February 2017, the school covers an area of 745 acres, the school building area of 350,000 square meters; a total of more than 700 teachers, full-time students in more than 12000 students; with eight secondary schools and ideological and political departments, Physical education department 2 teaching department, run 34 undergraduate professional, 10 specialist professional.
