About the university
Northwestern Polytechnic University Mingde College is the Ministry of Education approved the establishment of the full-time undergraduate level independent college, its predecessor was established in 1999, Northwestern Polytechnic University Golden Leaf Information Technology Institute. In 2005, Shaanxi Jinye Science and Education Group Co., Ltd. and Northwestern Polytechnic University in the Golden Leaf Information Technology Institute based on the school, jointly bid for the undergraduate level independent college - Northwestern Polytechnic University Mingde College.
