Zhejiang Industry Polytechnic College is located in Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province, is a by the Hangzhou Iron and Steel Group Corporation , Zhejiang Provincial People's Government approved the establishment of the provincial full-time public higher vocational institutions, selected in Zhejiang Province in 2012 demonstration Higher vocational colleges. Zhejiang Industrial and Technical College was founded in 1979, when the Zhejiang Provincial Mining and Metallurgy Technical School; in 1985, changed its name to Zhejiang Mining Metallurgical Geological Technical School; in 1990, renamed the Zhejiang Metallurgical Industry Technical School; 1997, Zhejiang Industrial Technical School created ; In 1999, changed its name to Zhejiang Industrial Advanced Technical School; in 2002, Zhejiang Industrial Advanced Technology School, Zhejiang Metallurgical Industry Technical School merged into Zhejiang Industrial Vocational and Technical College. As of the end of 2014, Zhejiang Industrial Vocational and Technical College of Meishan, Mirror Lake two campuses, covers an area of 852 acres, construction area of 31.43 million square meters, mirror Lake campus construction project planning land 439 acres, a total construction area of 290,000 square meters Students size of 7,000 people.
