About the university
Guangdong Branch Trade Vocational College, located in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, is approved by the Guangdong Provincial People's Government, the State Ministry of Education for the record of the public ordinary colleges and universities. Formerly known as the Guangdong Provincial Agricultural Management Cadre College, was established in 1985, in April 2006 transformed into ordinary institutions of higher learning. In July 2008, the Guangdong Provincial People's Government agreed to transfer to the Department of Education Management. Guangdong Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee Director Ou Guangyuan is the honorary president of the College. By the end of 2011, through the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education, vocational training to assess the work. November 2013, by the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education, the Guangdong Provincial Department of Finance identified as the third batch of Guangdong Province model higher vocational colleges project construction units.
