About the university
Jilin Police Academy is the only public security undergraduate academy in Jilin Province. It was founded in 1949 by Jilin Provincial Public Security Cadre School. In 1985, Jilin Provincial Public Security College was approved by the former State Education Commission . It was the first batch of 13 public security One of the specialist schools, January 21, 2010 Ministry of Education publicity Jilin Public Security College changed its name to Jilin Police College , school name still in use today.
