About the university
Hunan City Vocational College was founded in 1981, formerly known as Hunan Information Management College, in February 2007 by the Hunan Provincial People's Government approved the upgrade to full-time ordinary vocational colleges, under the Changsha Municipal People's Government. College is located in Changsha City, "a district two parks" (that is, the state-level Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone, Hunan Printing Industrial Park, Huanghua International Airport Industrial Park), adjacent to Changsha Huanghua International Airport, Changsha South Railway Station (high-speed railway station), Changsha East Station, with 15 of the world's top 500 enterprises are neighbors. The college has six departments, namely, aviation service and urban rail management department, construction engineering department, economic information management department, printing technology department, electromechanical engineering department, foreign language department, five-year college department and basic course department. Professional, for the national enrollment, the existing 12,000 students, more than 880 faculty members, industry and enterprise part-time teachers more than 100 people.
