About the university
Founded in 1959, Changji University is a higher education institution located in the large town of Changji (population range of 50,000-249,999 inhabitants), Xinjiang. Officially accredited and/or recognized by the Department of Education of the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, Changji University is a coeducational higher education institution. Changji University offers courses and programs leading to officially recognized higher education degrees such as bachelor degrees in several areas of study. Sticking to modernization, informatization, ecologicalization, networking, high starting point, high standard, high level and high quality, the South Campus is designed and planned in line with concept of modern university, aiming to become the first-class university campus in Xinjiang.
