About the university
Sichuan Police College is located in Luzhou City, Sichuan Province, was founded in 1950, the Sichuan Provincial People's Government Public Security Office Public Security School, in February 2006 approved by the Ministry of Education to establish the Sichuan Police Academy. October 2011 school by the State Council Academic Degrees Committee approved for the police professional postgraduate training pilot units, is the first to carry out the police master's degree graduate education under the provincial public security undergraduate colleges and universities. The school is organized by the Sichuan Provincial People's Government, the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education and the Sichuan Provincial Public Security Bureau jointly managed, Sichuan Province is the only one full-time political and legal public security undergraduate schools.
