About the university
Hunan Police College is organized by the Hunan Provincial People's Government, Hunan Provincial Public Security Bureau, Hunan Provincial Department of Education to guide the province's only one to train police professionals in the full-time ordinary higher education institutions. College is located in Changsha City Xingsha Economic and Technological Development Zone. College was established in September 1949, has experienced the Hunan Provincial Public Security Department Public Security School Public Security School, Hunan Provincial Public Security Cadre School, Hunan Provincial Political Science and Cadre School, Hunan Provincial People's Police School, Hunan Public Security College and other stages, Academic education, opened in 1984, specialist education, in 1993 changed its name to Hunan Public Security College, in 2010 was promoted to undergraduate.
