About the university
Wuhan University of Posts and Telecommunications and Information Engineering, located in Wuhan City, is the first batch of national Ministry of Education to confirm the qualifications of ordinary higher education institutions of independent colleges. Founded in August 2002, Wuhan University of Engineering and Wuhan Institute of Science and Technology Co., Ltd. in accordance with the new mechanism, the new model jointly organized, is a general undergraduate education, training chemicals, materials, communications, electronics, economy, management and Art and other disciplines in the field of high-level application-oriented specialized talent-based full-time ordinary colleges and universities.
