About the university
Chongqing Industrial and Commercial University Rongzhi College was approved by the Ministry of Education, organized by the Chongqing University of Commerce and Industry, Chongqing New Gull Peng Education Group set up in full, established in April 2001, December 2003 approved by the Ministry of Education for full-time undergraduate level independence College. July 2011, by the Chongqing Municipal Academic Degrees Committee review, the college added as a bachelor degree grant unit. According to the April 2017 school official website information display, the college is located in Banan District, Chongqing Longzhou Bay Shangwen Road 906, planning covers an area of 902 acres; with 14 functional departments and eight secondary teaching units and two directly under the teaching department , 26 undergraduate majors.
