About the university
Chongqing Information Technology Vocational College (formerly known as Chongqing Electronic Engineering Institute) was founded in 1988. 2001 by the Chongqing Municipal People's Government approved the Ministry of Education announced the formal establishment of the Chongqing Information Technology Vocational College. College is located in the Three Gorges reservoir area economic center, Chongqing's second largest city and the Millennium cultural city - Wanzhou. East of the famous Yangtze River Three Gorges, west of the international metropolis of Chongqing city, with connecting the country's ports, railways, high-speed, air all-round three-dimensional traffic.
