About the university
Changsha Civil Vocational and Technical College was founded in 1984, in 1999 by the Ministry of Education approved the upgrading of higher vocational and technical colleges, in 2000 the implementation of the Ministry of Civil Affairs and Hunan Province to build a province to manage the new system for the Hunan Provincial Department of Education (28) national model higher vocational colleges, in 2015 to become the first batch of Hunan Province (8) excellent high vocational and technical college construction units.
