About the university
Shenyang Radio and Television University (hereinafter referred to as Shenyang TV University) is directly under the Shenyang Municipal Government, the use of modern information Technology and other media to teach the local colleges and universities, is the national TV system, one of the provincial electricity. Shenyang TV was founded in March 1960, during the "Cultural Revolution" closed.
