About the university
Jiaxing College is approved by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China in March 2000, and was established by the former Zhejiang University of Economics and Jiaxing College. The implementation of the management system of "province and city co-management and province-based" was implemented. The original Zhejiang Economic College was founded in 1914, after a hundred years of easy to school site, one after another in Ningbo Yinxian, Hangzhou Jiande school, the late 80s of last century moved to Zhejiang Jiaxing. Since the founding of New China, the school management system has been adjusted several times. He has been attached to the Ministry of Heavy Industry, Ministry of Metallurgy and China Nonferrous Metals Corporation. He was assigned to Zhejiang Province in 1998 and merged with Jiaxing College to set up Jiaxing College in 2000. After Pinghu Normal School, Jiaxing Health School, Zhejiang Accounting School and Jiaxing City Food Cadre School and other four schools have been incorporated.
