About the university
Guang'an Vocational and Technical College is organized by the Guang'an Municipal People's Government, Sichuan Provincial Department of Education, Guang'an Municipal People's Government to build full-time ordinary colleges and universities, college is located in China's reform and opening up the chief designer Deng Xiaoping's hometown, the national civilized city, Tourism city, the national forest city, the national health city, the state double support model city Guang'an. College predecessor was founded in 1906 in Sichuan Province Yuechi Normal School, with more than 100 years of school history. In 2004, the Sichuan Provincial People's Government approved the independent upgrade to Guang'an Vocational and Technical College.
