National Changhua University of Education

The National Changhua University of Education is a normal university in Changhua City, Changhua County, Taiwan. NCUE was initially established in August 1971 as Taiwan Provincial College of Education. In 1980, it was renamed to National Taiwan College of Education. In August 1989, it was renamed again to become National Changhua University of Education. The NCUE will be able to solidify itself as a top leading public university in Taiwan and move upward to achieve international distinction.
