About the university
The El Bosque University was founded in 1977. It is a coeducational, nonsectarian private university located in north Bogotá, Colombia. In 1997, thanks to the growth and evolution of the institution, it has recognized the legal status of the Universidad El Bosque. The university currently offers 20 undergraduate programs, as well as several specializations, Master's degrees and Doctorates. It has an approximate number of 9,100 students (2011). In 2016 El Bosque University received the Institutional High Quality Accreditation by the NAC (National Accreditation Council), the Ministry of Education.
