About the university
La Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología, ULACIT, es una universidad privada ubicada en Barrio Tournón, el distrito bancario de San José, Costa Rica. Cuenta con la aprobación oficial del Consejo Nacional de Educación Superior Privada, CONESUP, desde 1987 (sesión No. 101-87). ULACIT imparte, en seis facultades y doce escuelas, 32 carreras a nivel de pregrado y grado, así como con 14 carreras de posgrado. Las facultades son las de Ingeniería, Ciencias Empresariales, Psicología y Estudios Generales, Odontología, Derecho y Educación.
